Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golfed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Golfed offers optional paid subscription tiers (Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, Premium Lifetime, and Founding Member) processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

Founding Member pricing of $1.99/month is locked in for the lifetime of an active subscription, available to the first 250 members only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or inaccurate gameplay data to manipulate leaderboards or badges
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App

Content and Ownership

Golfed and all related trademarks, content, and software are owned by Golfed LLC. You retain ownership of any content you submit (course reviews, notes, photos), but grant us a license to display and use it within the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App's Settings.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that gameplay statistics, prestige scores, or course information are error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golfed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification in the App.
